 I recently purchased a second home in Naples and my primary residence is in Massachusetts. You can imagine like any home that there is plenty of work that needs to be done. Logistically this obviously presents a huge challenge and not knowing many people in the area you become concerned who you can trust to work on your property.

 Michael at Affordable Handyman came recommended from my Realtor. Once again I wasn’t going to be there when he did the work so I had some concern. I gave him complete access to paint, fix walls, and fix the lanai. When I arrived a couple weeks later to inspect the work that was done I couldn’t have been happier with the results. It is very clear that Michael and his team at Affordable Handyman are meticulous in their work.

 I have since hired Michael do many more jobs for us some while we have been in Naples and some while I am home in Massachusetts. You couldn’t ask for a more professional, trustworthy, and skilled handyman to work on your home. It is great comfort that I have someone like Michael to rely on when I need work to be finished in a timely manner, be of strong quality, and also be fairly priced.

 We contacted Michael at Affordable Handyman Services Inc. to replace a damaged front gutter for one of our Naples Real Estate Listings after the out-of-state owner had been unable to get the work done as promised by several other local contractors. Michael evaluated and quoted the job competitively the very next day, and then provided much-appreciated daily updates on his progress until the job was completed in less than a week. He then emailed us and the owner "before" and "after" photos of his completed work. We recommend Michael and will certainly use his services again.

We hired Affordable Handyman Services to fix our ceiling fans and they did a great job. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He found us parts for the fan that we were unable to find on our own and then returned the next day to install them. I would highly recommend Affordable Handyman Services if you need anything done.

I have used Micheal for over 6 years and he never fails me. He installed my hurricane shutters and has consistently done repair work for me. He and his team are professional, trustworthy and reliable. Since I live alone I have to rely on others to do the work I cannot - Michael never fails to accommodate me. Professional and Great Work

Michael, Affordable Handyman Services Inc. was hired by our Realtor to perform work on our home in Naples that was required before we closed. Upon closing we were referred to him and a few months later we contacted him for some cosmetic work on our home. Michael  provided a professional estimate and were reasonable. He worked around our schedule and was able to in fact reschedule his work several times to fit our needs. They were here all day today, came early and stayed until the job was done. Our interior crown molding looks great in the dining, kitchen and bedroom. Our screen pool cage panels are now replaced and we are very pleased with the work, service and professionalism that the company provided.

Recently my elderly in-laws, who live in Venice, Florida wanted our help to have a pass-thru counter top that was old and dry rotted replaced.  Numerous calls to locals there in Venice landed no help.  My husband and I personally removed the top and brought it home to Naples to have it rebuild for installation by us there.  Michael personally picked up the counter top, which more or less fell apart in our driveway and rebuilt a brand new, absolutely beautiful counter top.  We were amazed at how perfectly it fit and how easily we were able to install it.  Especially knowing what he had to work with to rebuild it was so damaged.  I would recommend Michael and Affordable Handyman Services for your next handyman job.  Very professional, punctual and consciences.  Thank you Mike for a job very well done!

Great Company Highly Recommend If you are in need of any of the services provided by this Affordable Handyman Services Inc. I highly recommend giving them a call. When I scheduled an appointment with them to help me out with a few things they were very prompt and showed up right on time. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work is top shelf. It is nice to deal with a company that not only does a great job but is honest and dependable. Their rates are very fair and a steal considering the level of service they provide, and the economy being the way it is at the moment every penny I can save helps.
